The HIMS Academy

Since its foundation in 2018, the HIMS Academy has stood for ‘Encounter – Experience – Experience’ in the fields of classical music, art and culture. A special focus is on intercultural exchange. The current and future projects benefit from the enthusiasm and many years of experience of the founders in these fields. This is also the basis of the HIMS Academy’s claim to organise events and projects with a high degree of professionalism, quality and exclusivity.

In the planning stage are:

Music Academy

  • Music and concert events with soloists and groups from other countries and cultures
  • Master classes in various instruments and groups
  • Individual, quiet study rooms for musicians and ensembles
  • An extensive CD music library for the development of work and interpretation comparisons in various genres (e.g. opera, symphony, chamber music, solo instruments) and on music history.
  • The possibility of producing professional sound and video recordings

Artistic and Cultural Academy

  • Summer academies with musical, artistic and cultural focuses
  • Artists in Residence programs. Here visitors from near and far look over the artists’ shoulders ‘at work’ and approach people and works
  • Art exhibitions and sales
  • Cooking adventure courses and culinary adventure trips, embedded in a wide range of supporting programmes
